SmartRay hat einen neuen 3D-Sensor f\u00fcr die Glasinspektion auf den Markt gebracht, der durch verbesserte Qualit\u00e4t und Genauigkeit den Produktionsprozess erheblich aufwertet.<\/p>\n

Der neue ECCO 95.025G ist ein wirtschaftlicher und kompakter Sensor, der f\u00fcr die Herausforderungen beim Scannen transparenter und hochreflektierender Oberfl\u00e4chen entwickelt wurde. In der Vergangenheit war das 3D-Glasscannen mit Lasertriangulation aufgrund von Laserlicht, das das Glas durchdringt, und Lichtreflexionen, die zu Inkonsistenzen in den Daten f\u00fchren k\u00f6nnen, unm\u00f6glich. SmartRay hat seine Sensortechnologie jedoch um fortschrittliche Reflexionsfilteralgorithmen herum entwickelt, um die Wiederholbarkeit und Genauigkeit zu verbessern.<\/p>\n

Der ECCO 95.025G bietet ein gr\u00f6\u00dferes Sichtfeld von 28,5 mm (Mittelfeld), um gr\u00f6\u00dfere Teile zu inspizieren oder die Anzahl der erforderlichen Scans zu reduzieren.
