Durch den Einsatz des branchenf\u00fchrenden Sensorsystems von SmartRay zur Schwei\u00dfnahtpr\u00fcfung war Waldaschaff jedoch in der Lage, 100 % der Schwei\u00dfn\u00e4hte an jedem Bauteil zu pr\u00fcfen und so Qualit\u00e4t, Effizienz und Genauigkeit zu verbessern.<\/p>\n<p>JOSY ist ein Hochgeschwindigkeits-Komplettsystem f\u00fcr die ber\u00fchrungslose 3D-Sichtpr\u00fcfung von Verbindungstechnologien und Schwei\u00dfnahtpr\u00fcfungen. Dieses System umfasst vorkalibrierte 3D-Sensoren mit intelligenten Softwaretools und fortschrittlicher Algorithmusverarbeitung, um eine hochpr\u00e4zise Schwei\u00dfnahtpr\u00fcfung zu erm\u00f6glichen, die internationalen Standards entspricht.<\/p>\n<p>Waldaschaff hat 16 JOSY-Schwei\u00dfnahtpr\u00fcfsysteme in vier Produktionslinien an verschiedenen Batteriegeh\u00e4usen installiert.
