The team commissions software and hardware at car manufacturers. The customers are trained by us for the application. After acceptance, we offer support in case of technical problems. The team leader plans, controls, clarifies and coordinates these assignments at the customer’s site. He leads the team disciplinarily and contributes directly to the economic success of the company.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Disciplinary leadership of our international team of project technicians
  • Full revenue responsibility for all national and international projects from order intake to acceptance
  • Recording, clarification and distribution of incoming orders from sales
  • Coordination of partners and subcontractors
  • Project planning and planning of the projects in consultation with the internal departments and the customer (kick-off)
  • Monitoring of costs and deadlines during project execution
  • Planning of technical training at the customer’s site
  • Coordination and planning of operations in the event of technical problems

Your profile:

  • Technical degree
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in project management and implementation of system solutions (preferably in the automotiv industry)
  • 3 years of leadership experience
  • Experience with PLCs/robotics
  • Negotiating German and English skills
  • Experience with MS-Office and MS-Project
  • Willingness to travel 30 %
