Information that we collect 

You can use almost all of the website’s offer without us needing your personal information. Only a few offers and services that you find on our pages require the use of personal data for their use. 

If you use the website, the internet servers (web servers) automatically records and evaluates technical access data. However, this data can not be assigned to a specific person; the individual user remains anonymous. A merge with other data does not take place. 

Personal data (hereinafter referred to as “data” for the most part) are processed by us only within the scope of necessity and for the purpose of providing a functional and user-friendly website, including its contents and the services offered there.

In addition, we will inform you about the third-party components used by us for optimization purposes and to increase the quality of use, insofar as third parties process data in their own responsibility. 

Protecting the privacy of persons under the age of 16 on the Internet 

Personal data of minors (under 16 years of age) are not knowingly collected or used in any form by SmartRay GmbH. As a rule, we do not learn the age of the visitor to our website. However, we have also taken no specific measures to protect such data to a particular degree. 

Persons under the age of 16 may not submit personal data without the express consent of parents or guardians. 

How we use your information 

SmartRay GmbH collects, processes and uses all personal data arising from your visits to our internet service only in accordance with the respectively valid regulations for the protection of personal data. 

We use the personal data only for the purposes set out in this privacy policy (for example, to process inquiries or, if necessary, to use services). When collecting personal data via forms, you will be informed about the purpose of the survey and other circumstances in accordance with the requirements of Art. 13 GDPR. Use of such data for other purposes is excluded.
