SmartRay is once again exhibiting its cutting-edge solutions at Korea’s leading exhibition, Smart Factory + Automation World 2025.
Held in March from 12-14th in Seoul, SmartRay, along with its key Korean partner, Darea Vision, will showcase new products and technologies for automation, smart factories and vision systems.

Demonstrations will include cutting-edge ECCO sensors that provide highly precise 3D laser measurement, repeatable inspection data, and create detailed 3D images. These include the ECCO X 012 which offers an exceptional resolution of 0.3 – 0.4 µm (vertical), 2.7 – 3.2 µm (lateral) and a scan rate of up to 40 kHz which will be demonstrated by scanning injection needles.
Also on display will be the very fast ECCO X 100. Visitors will see both blue and red laser variants -450nm (brilliant blue) and 660 nm (red) – showing GAP measurement in a multi-sensor set-up and image stitching.
For imminent release in 2025, the ECCO X 025 Dual-Head prototype will demonstrate shadow-free, high-speed scanning of a BGA.
Complementing its 3D inspection solutions is the JOSY weld inspection solution. With an extraordinary inspection speed of less than two seconds and a reliable defect detection down to 0.1 mm, this solution is a true game-changer in automation processes. SmartRay will demonstrate its capabilities with weld inspection on a prismatic battery cell.
